                         L'Estran: sea and dogs  

  L'estran , located 100 m from the dunes of Lindbergh and 700 m  from the beach enjoys comforts current .

  A very light stay of 40 m2 , salon of leather with TV flat screen, internet,  chain hifi , wood stove .

  American kitchen fully equipped with oven , microwave, plates ceramics, fridge-conservative , dishwasher safe . Laundry room with washing machine, dryer.

  Three bedrooms 3 with bed 160. Bathroom with Italian shower.

  The garden, fully enclosed, welcomes without problem 5 dogs of medium size. On the other hand, L'estran, accessible to people with reduced mobility.

                                   Conditions  

•Payment accepted in Euros.
•Please , a 30 % deposit is required for booking , by international bank transfer

•The balance  is  payable by  bank transfer  international three weeks before the arrival
•There is also  request a security deposit of € 300 for the stay. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage.

•We rent always by week, from saturday to  saturday .

•Arrival from 16.00 hour ,departure for 10.00 hour .
